村上和帆ラージアンサンブル
村上和帆ラージアンサンブルは、トロンボーン奏者・作曲家の村上和帆が主宰する13人編成のジャズ・アンサンブル。ジャズのセプテットに弦楽カルテットを加えた独自の編成で、ジャズのダイナミクスと弦楽器が織りなすリリシズムが共存した現代的なサウンドを追求する。全楽曲を村上和帆が作曲・編曲。
2021年にはドラム・福盛進也をゲストに迎えたシングル『記憶の海』をリリース。2023年には初のリーダーアルバム『Growth Rings』を発表し、関西・東京を中心に演奏活動を展開している。
The Kazuho Murakami Large Ensemble is a 13-piece ensemble led by trombonist and composer Kazuho Murakami. Combining a jazz septet with a string quartet, the ensemble creates a contemporary sound where the dynamism of jazz and the lyricism of strings coexist. All compositions and arrangements are written by Murakami.
In 2021, the ensemble released the single Kioku no Umi (Sea of Memories), featuring guest drummer Shinya Fukumori. Their debut album Growth Rings followed in 2023.

村上和帆トリオは、2026年より始動する新プロジェクト。自身のオリジナル楽曲を軸に、日本の伝統的な音楽や旋律からインスピレーションを得ながら、より自由な即興表現を追求する。ラージアンサンブルやグループとはまた異なる、親密かつ実験的な音楽空間を目指している。
The Kazuho Murakami Trio is a new project launching in 2026. Rooted in Murakami's original compositions, the trio draws inspiration from traditional Japanese music and melody, while pursuing a freer, more exploratory approach to improvisation — creating an intimate and experimental musical space distinct from his larger ensembles.

The Kazuho Murakami Group is a chamber jazz project that reimagines the music of the Kazuho Murakami Large Ensemble in a more intimate setting. The sextet — trombone, trumpet, violin, cello, piano, and bass — combines the improvisational spirit of jazz with the precision of chamber music.
村上和帆クインテット
村上和帆クインテットは、リズムとエネルギーに満ちた自作曲を演奏するプロジェクトで、ニューヨー ク在住時代に始動した。帰国後も活動を続け、現在は新アルバムの発表に向けて制作中。
The Kazuho Murakami Quintet was formed in New York, built around Murakami's original compositions driven by rhythm and energy. Now based in Japan, the quintet continues to evolve, with a new album currently in the works.
